Customer Complaint: Inspect For Noise, Engine Or Transmission.
Repair Process Comments: Inspected The Machine For Noise And Found It Was Making A Rattling Noise While Moving And Stopped. Drained Some Oil From The Bottom Of The Trany And Found It Was Clean. Connected Et To The Machine And Ran A Cylinder Cut Out Test And Found The #3 Cylinder Was Not Firing. Provided Quote And Customer Declined Going Any Further.
